DMCA Policy

If you believe your content was removed in error or that you have the necessary rights to post it, you may submit a counter-notice with the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature (your full legal name).
- Identification of the content that was removed or disabled and its location before it was removed.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, along with a statement that you will accept legal service from the person who submitted the original infringement notice.
Upon receiving a counter-notice, we may forward it to the original complainant and inform them that the removed content may be restored. Unless the original complainant files legal action to prevent the restoration of the content, we may reinstate the content at our sole discretion within 10–14 business days or longer after receiving the counter-notice.
Please note that filing a counter-notice may lead to legal proceedings to determine content ownership. Be aware of potential legal consequences in your jurisdiction if false or bad faith claims are made.
We reserve the right to remove allegedly infringing content without prior notice and at our sole discretion, including in circumstances where such actions are deemed appropriate.
